How to reconnect

If your power has been disconnected, you'll need to top up first.

Once you've topped up you have a number of ways to reconnect, for all of them have your GLOBUG payment card handy as you will need to enter the 7-digit card number.

  • Reconnect online. Simply enter your payment card and you'll be reconnected within a couple of clicks.
  • Reconnect by text. Text RECO followed by a space and your top-up card number to GBUG (4284), and follow the instructions.
  • Call 0800 773 729. Follow the simple instructions on the automated phone service to reconnect your power.
  • For safety reasons we need you to confirm that it is safe to reconnect your power before we switch it back on. We recommend that you make sure all appliances are turned off and that a person over the age of 18 years is present on site
