About Topping Up

To keep your GLOBUG account green, you need to keep it topped up. You can use your GLOBUG payment cards to top up at hundreds of dairies and convenience stores around New Zealand.

• There's a minimum top up amount of $10. Top ups will incur a processing fee that is deducted from each payment. See How it works for details.
• As soon as you make a top up payment, your GLOBUG balance updates automatically.
• Just let us know if you need a replacement payment card - it comes at a cost of $12.
• After making your top up in store, your new account balance is printed on your receipt.
